Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via our contact form.

Please note, I cannot accept refunds on custom orders unless faulty or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned unused in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for cost of return & risk, therefore please return all jewellery by a Royal Mail signed for service as I cannot accept responsibility for jewellery sent by other means.

Refunds or exchanges will be made within 30 days.
